Most iPhone and Samsung screen and battery repairs are done the same day, often within an hour or two. If a part needs ordering, we'll tell you up front and let you know when it's in.

Parts prices change often, so call with your model for today's price. Diagnostics are $45, labor is $100/hour, and most in-store repairs take about an hour. You always approve the price before we start.

Phone and tablet screens we supply come with our Lifetime Screen Defect Warranty. It covers manufacturing defects in the screen only. It doesn't cover drops, new cracks or water damage. All our repair work is also covered by our workmanship warranty: if something goes wrong because of our work, we make it right. Parts you bring in yourself aren't covered.

All our screens come from MobileSentrix. You can choose a premium XO7 aftermarket screen or an OEM screen. We'll quote both so you can decide.

Yes, we can install customer-supplied parts, but we can't offer a warranty on them or the repair.

Screen, battery and charging-port repairs don't touch your data. We still recommend a backup, and we'll never ask for more access than the repair needs.

Turn it off, don't charge it, and skip the rice. Bring it in as soon as you can. Salt water causes corrosion fast, and the sooner we clean the board, the better the odds.
