What does managed IT cost?
Plans are $60, $100 or $140 per user per month. Servers, extra devices and full image backups are add-ons. Not ready for a plan? We work by the hour at $100/hr. Start with a free Tech Spend Analysis to see what you could save.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
Plans run on a 12-month agreement. If you ever need to leave early, there's a set early-cancellation fee spelled out up front, plus the remaining cost of any software licenses we purchased for your team (like your Todyl security). Fair for you, fair for us, no surprises.
Is backup included?
Every plan includes Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace backup with unlimited storage, and Managed Plus adds file backup on every computer. Full image backups for servers and critical machines are quoted by system and storage size.
What is the free Tech Spend Analysis?

Can you lower our credit card processing fees?
